When is the quietest time to visit?

Our quietest time tends to be weekday term times after 2pm - although we cannot guarantee this!

As we are in the heart of Birmingham, we are popular with families and school groups. This means we tend to be busier during weekdays between 10am-2.00pm when we have school groups visiting and weekends and school holidays for families.

Please be advised all tickets must be booked online before your arrival to the attraction. This includes promotional vouchers, and annual pass holders.
