The invoice will also be sent on a separate email from system@sent-via-netsuite.com, If you have requested a 'Card Link' for payment, this will be send to you separately once your account with us is set up and ready to be invoiced.
What do you need on the day?
- Please make sure you have your tickets printed where possible, or the barcodes available for scanning on a mobile device.
- Please arrive 15 minutes early and join the dedicated school entrance down the side of the building. Earlier admittance will not be available, unfortunately there is no indoor space to wait.
- We ask larger groups, split into smaller groups of a maximum of 20 to provide a better experience and flow within our attraction
- If you have booked a Workshop (confirmation of this is on your booking email) the team will show you where to go.
- If you have booked a workshop you will be allocated a Lunch room.
- For all other bookings without a workshop, lunch rooms are allocated by the onsite team on the day of your visit, subject to availability.
Have a question about parking?
- Coaches will be able to drop off school groups on Sheepcote Street (5 min walk). We recommend that coaches park at Brewery Street coach and lorry park, limited to 20 minutes drop off and pick up.

We have no storage facilities for coats and bags, and these must be kept with you throughout your visit.
Please also be aware that we are a cashless attraction and are therefore not able to take any cash payments at admissions, on the photo desk or in the gift shop.
