Otter Feed - Minimum 16 years old. Guests under 18 must be accompanied by a participating adult 18+ years. Due to restricted access and the nature of the behind-the-scenes area, guests must be able to stand for 30 minutes as there is no seating in the area – if you have any questions about accessibility please get in touch.
Penguin Feed - Minimum 16 years old. Guests under 18 must be accompanied by a participating adult 18+ years. Due to restricted access and the nature of the animal enclosures guests must be able to stand and manoeuvre around the display to access the VIP Feed area – if you have any questions about accessibility please get in touch.
Ocean Feed - Minimum 16 years old. Guests under 18 must be accompanied by a participating adult 18+ years. Due to restricted access and the nature of the animal enclosures guests must be able to stand and manoeuvre around the display to access the VIP Feed area – if you have any questions about accessibility please get in touch.
Scatter Feed - Minimum 5 years old. Guests under 18 must be accompanied by a participating adult 18+ years.
Sharks After Dark - At least one guest must be and adult 18+ years.
Beyond the Surface Tour - It is advised that this experience is suitable for ages 4+ however younger children may also participate in this experience.
VR Experience - minimum 6 years old and 1m tall. Children aged 13 and under must be accompanied by an adult. This ride is not recommended for guests with back and neck problems, heart conditions, high blood pressure, broken limbs or pregnant guests. Not suitable for guests who suffer from or have suffered from photosensitive epilepsy.
