If your tickets are for "Collect at Attraction" and the named on the booking supplies valid ID such as a passport or driver's license then there will be no problem when collecting the tickets.
If the cardholder is not attending on the day, they will need to provide a signed letter of authorisation to the named person collecting the tickets, including the following details:
"I *name of card holder* authorise *name of person collecting tickets* to collect the tickets from order number *booking reference* paid for by my card *last for digits of credit card used*.
The named person collecting the tickets will also need to bring valid photo ID along with the signed letter.
If your tickets are "Print@Home/Mobile tickets" you can either print out the tickets for the guest or forward the tickets to them to scan them on entry on their mobile device.
Please be aware if you are collecting a Merlin Pass/es the payment cardholder and card used for payment will always be required and the pass/es will not be issued without it.
