If the tickets are for "Collect at Attraction" and the Debit or Credit cardholder cannot be present, you must ensure you have written confirmation from them to collect the tickets.
This must be a written short letter stating the following details:
Name of the person collecting the tickets
Card holders name
Last 4 digits of 16 digit card number
Written signature from the card holder
The person then collecting the tickets must have a form of photographic ID to match up with the letter to collect the tickets from the advance sales desk.
If the tickets are for "Print@Home" the purchaser can either print out the tickets for you or email the tickets for you to scan them on entry on their mobile device.
